DPF was established in early 2012, based in Singapore, as a fulfilment organisation, as the sales and marketing agent for Ductile Pte Ltd ("Ductile") and Hiap Soon & Co. (Pte) Ltd ("Hiap Soon"). Our mission is to ensure customer satisfaction with access to our wide-range of products and services conveniently and timely from the time an inquiry is raised to delivery and settlement of orders.
As a fulfilment organisation, we shall be the link between buyers and sellers of quality general hardware, structure steel, engineering and building materials from multiple Sources at the shortest lead time possible within the value chain network. DPF carries and provides the full spectrum of products and services from Ductile and Hiap Soon including compression fittings, Copper pipes as well as Ductile iron pipes and fittings and any other products or services that may be required by buyers.
For more than a decade, Ductile products have good track records in Supplying for Singapore Government projects notably projects from the Public Utilities Board, Ministry of Environment and the Housing Development Board. The most obvious benefits that customers receive are higher quality products. The standards also established a clear benchmark on specifications and expectations on customers and suppliers.
Ductile Pte Ltd
Ductile was established in 1979 and privatized in 1982. Since then, the Company has played a major and active role in the Water, gas and sewerage industry as we equipped ourselves with the supply of Ductile Iron Pipes & Fittings, Steel Pipes, Copper Pipes and other products in tune to the market requirements and demand.
For 33 years. We have good track records in Supplying to the Singapore Government Projects. Notably, the Public Utilities Board (PUB), Ministry of Environment (MOE) and the Housing & Development Board (HDB)
In 1986, we entered into a joint venture alliance with a casting foundry in China to manufacture and produce Ductile Iron Fittings and Manhole Covers. This is a strategic step towards being more competitive and efficient. The Fittings and Covers are tested by the Singapore Productivity & Standard Boards (PSB) and certify that the quality conforms to the global standard of ISO2531, BS EN 545 / 598, And BS EN969.
Hiap Soon & Co., (Pte) Ltd.
Hiap Soon was established in 1972, and had since established as a reputable steel supplier in Singapore.
We had over these years expand / increased our products range and inventory to Service and meet the demand of the construction, industrial and engineering industries.
With the knowledge and experience gained. We are now in better position to Service our customer's need in providing the best and economical product and solution.
