Business Development Manager
Serena plays a key role in driving commercial growth and managing strategic client relationships across the group’s related companies and subsidiaries—Ductile Pte Ltd, Hiap Soon & Co. (Pte) Ltd, and DPJ International Sdn. Bhd. Based in Singapore, she is known for her proactive engagement with regional and international partners, particularly in the areas of project coordination, logistics, and procurement.
Equipped with an MBA and a diploma specialsing in supply chain management and armed with a strong command of operational workflows and client communications, Serena regularly leads initiatives involving overseas shipments, bonded warehouse arrangements, and technical product quotations. Her ability to navigate complex supply chain scenarios and negotiate with suppliers has been instrumental in expanding DPF’s footprint in Southeast Asia.
She is also actively involved in internal strategy discussions, sales and procurement planning, contributing to the development and execution of DPF’s commercial roadmap alongside senior leadership.
